Recently I have a long and arduous discussion with a member of the christ cult (christianity). To give you an idea, i copied and pasted it from facebook and it came out to 23 non double spaced pages. Throughout this discussion many points were made, mostly mine, as well as facts were used to back up any of the information which was stated. When it came time to state sources I could use verifiable online text as well as encyclopedias to source my info from whereas he would most of the time use things like _script_ures from the bible.

In response to the web-site established basically to further promote Zeitgeist, for the only way to battle the documentary is to watch it. Only a complete idiot would ask for "proof" of a God or many Gods. As I mentioned in another post here, human beings have exceedingly limited perceptual capabilities. Even our most advanced technology only extends our perception, but never breaks the limits it functions within.
Considering the FACT that religions are man's attempt to explain the unexplainable, and sciences are man's attempt to measure what he percieves with his limited perceptual capacities, it is INSANE to employ religious mythologies OR any of the sciences to try and prove or disprove a God or many Gods. If such beings exist as supreme creative force(s), they are clearly, obviously, and simply BEYOND the capabilities/capacities of humans to ever percieve, nevermind prove or disprove.
Therefore, to all Christians, I would say follow your mythology if you please, but don't insist on anything you can't prove. And to all other idiots who relentlessly yap and jabber about wanting "proof", I would say WAKE UP, GROW UP, AND SHUT UP with your endless, mindless clamouring. It can never go anywhere and it only serves to show how ridiculously stupid you are for constantly bringing it up.

Religion is a creation of MAN. Relgion does not create man. What you are saying is that one of man's creations can control its creator! This is imbecility - absurdity - lunacy in the extreme.
All religions reflect the characteristics of their creators. All religions are employed as a means to achieve uniformity in morals, etc. Any religion can be used as a propaganda device by its creators/managers. THEREFORE...IT IS HUMAN NATURE WHICH HAS CAUSED A LOT OF HARM, not religion.
And if human nature does not manipulate religion to "get its way" in negative ways, then human nature will manipulate any other belief/dogma/perspective to do so.
